Mustache Styles for Movember

Movember mustache, is when men grow their moustaches for 30 days to raise awareness and funds to help find a cure for prostate and testicular cancer.

The Pencil
For a modern-day incarnation of the pencil moustache style, look to Orlando Bloom‚ past red carpet appearance. To get the pencil, which is defined as a thin and narrow, closely clipped moustache, you‚ want to use either a single blade razor or wax to achieve ultimate precision. This style requires considerable upkeep, so it‚  best suited to men with slow facial hair growth or thinner hair. Face shape: Round face

Moustache With Goatee
This look has been sported by, Johnny Depp and Manny Pacquiao, and represents a viable option for guys who can grow upper lip and chin hair but have difficulty sprouting hair on their cheeks.
Begin by thinning out your moustache using an electric trimmer specifically designed to tackle facial hair. Over the next four weeks, as the hair on your chin becomes thicker, you can progressively reduce the amount of trimming you do on your upper lip.

Walrus mustache
A large, bushy, droopy mustache that hangs down over the lips, often entirely covering the mouth. Face shape: Square face

Shave look
Instead, embrace your whiskers and opt for a timeless and ruggedly masculine facial hair style that women love. The I-forgot-to-shave look, as seen of late on Daniel Craig, and Brad Pitt,  require much upkeep and projects a laid-back attitude.
Then, simply sit back and let nature take its course until you achieve an all-over scruffy look, including your neck. At that point, use electric clippers to keep your facial hair very short and fine so that your skin is visible underneath.

Handlebar mustache
A handlebar moustache is a moustache with particularly lengthy and upwardly curved extremities. It is named for its resemblance to the handlebars of a bicycle. It is also known as a spaghetti moustache, because of its stereotypical association with Italian men. Face shape: Square or round face

 The Chevron
Thick, straightforward, matter-of-fact, the Chevron is a tapered face-wedge, A traditional symbol of sex and confidence, the Chevron-wearer is lean, serious, and absolutely incapable of putting up with bullshit. Bullshit to the Chevron-wielder is like lactose to an Asian; it simply will not be tolerated.

Dalì mustache
A narrow mustache with long points bent or curved steeply upward. Named for artist Salvador Dali. The hairs are only allowed to start growing up to the end of the upper lip

English mustache
Slender, beginning from the middle of the upper lip with the hairs extremely long and pulled to the side. Tips may be lifted slightly.

The hairs are only allowed to start growing up to the end of the upper lip.

Fu manchu mustache
This mustache resembles the more traditional biker mustache style. However, there is one major difference. The biker mustache is shaped from whiskers on the cheek and chin while the Fu Manchu is grown entirely from the upper lip. It is not attached to the face at any other point
The hair on the lip is kept trimmed relatively short except at the ends. The ends are allowed to grow out long and trained to hang straight down. Mustache wax is an important tool in grooming this style. The hair is pulled down into the shape desired. It is then waxed and pulled into a point.  Face shape: Long face

 Horseshoe mustache
A full moustache with vertical extensions grown on the corners of the lips and down the sides of the mouth to the jawline, resembling an upside-down horseshoe. The whiskers grown along the sides of the mouth in the horseshoe are sometimes referred to as “pipes.” Not to be confused with the “fu manchu” which is grown long from the upper lip only– the sides remain shaven in the fu manchu. Face shape: Square or long face

Imperial mustache
A large mustache growing from both the upper lip and cheeks, whiskers from the cheeks are styled pointing upward.
