Benefits of Honey for Skin

But did you know that aside from its glucose and fructose components, honey also contains vitamins B1, B2, C, B6, B5 and B3. Have minerals like magnesium, calcium, sodium chlorine, potassium,sulfur, iron and phosphate. .


Honey is the only food that includes all the substances necessary to sustain life, including enzymes, vitamins, minerals, and water.

Hair:
Honey is used in hair recipes as an ingredient that adds moisture to the hair but is also used as a cleanser. It adds volume to the hair and it is not damaging in any way.

Lime juice is recommended for oily/greasy hair because the acids strip away the excess oils. When used on light color hair, it helps lighten the hair.




  For raw throat, you need to some honey and lemon. Honey’s natural anti-inflammatory effect helps with healing wounds more quickly.






People want to get rid of wrinkles and honey is a great way to do it. Has enzymes that help remove dead skin cells and facilitate the penetration of other commodities.

Face Mask:
Whisk together 1 Tablespoon honey, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon glycerin and enough flour to form a paste. Smooth over face and throat. Leave on 15/20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Scrub:
1- Mix honey and sugar. Take 1 tablespoon of sugar and hang it inside the bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of honey.
2-: Similar to your usual facial scrubs apply the honey and sugar mix to your face.
3- Set your timer and leave it through to the face for approximately 25 minutes. .
4-: After 25 minutes you may have to get your hands somewhat wet and gently start rubbing the mask into your skin. Do that for approximately 60 seconds. In case you have sensitive skin, practice it for 30 seconds. Thoroughly rinse the face being sure that you obtain all traces in the honey off. Apply the moisturizer afterwards.


Toner:Mix in a bowl some "baking soda" and add some honey/water to it. lather it on my face. Rinse off .
