The concert will be dedicated to pop singer Michael Jackson, who died on 25 June 2009 after suffering a cardiac arrest, and will celebrate the 40th anniversary of his solo career. The concert will raise awareness and funds for Aids Project Los Angeles and two other charities, which have yet to be announced.
